Service Confirmation in Document flow

Hi Experts,

For service related item(rel for delivery) when PGI is completed a service confirmation gets updated in the document flow.

Can anyone explain how to view that document and also please share how that document gets created in the background.

if you put the cursor onto that document and click display icon, do you then get an error that the document cannot be displayed?

If yes, then I guess (I am not using any service deliveries) that it is just similar to picking without WM which is nothing else than maintaining the pick quantity in the delivery and SAP creates a document number that is stored as entry in the document flow.
