    Hi Hadi Al,

    You can do it as follows:

    1. Create a form where you select a user and give him/her permission whether he/she can see the field information or field only or not.

    2. If you want that whenever Sales Order form opens, then the authorization should be followed. Then use the Form_Load Event.

    3. Else if not point 2, then use the OK form Mode of Sales Order, and use the visibility option whether to show or not.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks & Regards

    hi.

    Technically it is possible..

    but i am not suggesting this is good..

    Technically it is possible...

    What u want to do is..

    At the time of form loading u have to implement your action..

    if(condition)

    {

    now you have to capture the which user is login.

    you can get the information

    ocompany.username

    'save it is one string

    dim s as sring

    s=ocompany.username

    if(s='john') then

    {

    'here john you dont want to give the permissione to see the some fields ok.

    now

    oitem=oform.items.item("22")

    'here 22 is the desired itemuid you want restrict to the john ok

    oitem.left=1200

    'Which means item is moving to left or right untill diappear.

    }

    end if

    }
