Unable to start SAP Mobile Platform on HANA cloud trial account


I have been accessing SAP Mobile Platform using my HANA cloud trial account, but today when I try to start it from HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit as I normally do, I get an dialog box with error message "Request Failed: An unexpected error has occurred in the server. Contact your administrator."

Is HANA cloud trial account down at the moment, or does anyone know who is the administrator I should contact?
