Unable to start SAP Mobile Platform on HANA cloud trial account

I have been accessing SAP Mobile Platform using my HANA cloud trial account, but today when I try to start it from HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit as I normally do, I get an dialog box with error message "Request Failed: An unexpected error has occurred in the server. Contact your administrator."

Is HANA cloud trial account down at the moment, or does anyone know who is the administrator I should contact?

Hi,

https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit/ is not down, however indeed there are issues particularly with SMP cloud version. I sent a note to the operators.

Hi all,

sorry that I am messing up your discussion, but as its seems related to my issue I will describe my HANA Cloud log on problem here.

Could you give me a suggestion what should I do in order to deploy my application in the SAP AHANA Cloud, trial version, I already checked the host is right and my user name and password is fine.(before couple of weeks I already used it and didn't have any problems)

Probably I am not authorized to execute such a deployment? (if not is there any change to get rights to it?)
