"Substitute for" field is blank in SBWP SAP

Hello all,

I have an issue regarding field "Substitute for" in SBWP transaction.

When the user goes to his business workplace, this field is empty even if the substitution is active in table HRUS_D2.

The user needs this information in order to distinguish for whom he is processing each workflow because he is the substitute for several users.
