Assessment Cycle (sender rules not being respected)

Dears,

I have the following situation:

Sender Values

Sender Rule : 1 Posted Amounts

Share in %:  100%

Receiver tracing factor: 3 fixed percentages

Sender:

Cost Center: ABCD

Cost Element Group: FOXNEW

Receiver:

Cost Center Group: ZZZZZZZZZZ to ZZZZZZZZZZ9

The problem is when i run cost center report with the selection  ABCD and cost element group FOXNEW i have for example U$30.000 (this is the value which the cycle should split according with my restriction on the cycle). and when i run the assessment cycle (KSU5) on the report cycle it shows that a value of U$98.000 is being splitted (the currency is the same i already checked it). The assessment cycle is not respecting my resctriction (Cost Center: ABCD and Cost Element Group: FOXNEW).

Does anyone has any inputs on it?
