Hello Experts,

Our users are encountering an issue during times of heavy system load where flavors are not rendering 100% or the user receives a blank white screen within the web browser.

This appears to only happen during periods of high usage but is threatening our roll-out to our entire community. Currently the users are connecting through a web dispatcher for load balancing but the issue persists when we take this out of the landscape as well.

I am curious if anyone has encountered this previously and if anyone has some ideas we can look into.

It is possible that your ITS is not tuned properly and cannot cope with the high system load.

Also, is enough memory assigned via system parameters em/global_area_MB and ztta/diag_area, according to the recommendation in the Config. Guide?
