Alert Notification For SAP-PI

Hello,

We have Upgraded PI System from 7.1 to 7.31.

Since then we are not able to receive any Alert notifications in our Mail.

Although we have set current value as 0 for ALERTING_TARGET parameter.

We have also added Generic rules.

Is there any other steps that need to be done?
