Dear All

I'm trying create a RFC for connect a portal nw 7.4 with ERP. after I create destination list (RFC name, Target host, Sys Number, Sys ID, and Logon Data) and try to Ping Destination, I got success message "Successfully connected to system xxx as user xxxxxx".

But when I try to configure in "Identity Management -> ABAP System -> Validate Configuration" I got error message "Validation failed. Technical detail: "Guest user ids are not unique, found multiple objects for Guest -- UACC.PRIVATE_DATASOURCE.un:Guest - UACC.R3_DATASOURCE4057428.GUEST"

I already try to create new RFC but still got same error message,

Could you tell me if there is a specific configuration ?

Thanks for all

Hi,

I bet you are using some ABAP stack as users source and there is user called "Guest" defined already in that system. Additionally "Guest" is a built in user in portal's UME, therefore portal is not able to uniquely identify user object having the same "Guest" id in both ABAP user source and UME.

Hi Artur

Thanks for your reply, Yes, I want use ABAP stack as users source but I don't understand about "Guest" user, I use SAPJSF_<SID> as user logon ID and I create it in ABAP system.

Please advice.

Hi,

Let me put it in simple words.

In portal's UME you have build in "Guest" user.

In connected ABAP user source you also have a "Guest" user.

Message says that you have two users with same id. That's it.

Dear Artur

This is because I have identical user in ECC dan Portal, so I just deleting identical user in ECC and try to reconfigure.

Thanks for your advice and kindest.
