Travel Expense Statement

Hi Members,

I am facing an issue where the previous name is appearing on the Travel Expense statement generated while running the simulation program in PR05. The name of the employee has been changed but the old name is appearing on the travel expense statement.Kindly advice as to what could be the reason for this.

Are you using a standard Travel Expense statement?

If yes check master data of employee

If no check customer travel expense statement

Hi Tapaswini

I think  that  this is not the issue with your travel expense statement. I would request   you to check your  employee personnel data  ie IT 0002  properly.

If you still get the same issue ,you can check BADI

implementing the CHANGE_SUMMARY_LINE method,

with the above  BADI , you can change your travel expense statement.
