Hello Team ,

I am getting the below error while pulling data from Infoview reporting ....

A Database Error occured . The Database Error text is : [Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0] : Login failed for user ARAdmin ...WIS 10901

Can anyone please help on this urgently ... customer is failing to get reports ...

Make sure

- the right database driver is installed (32bit/64bit).

- the credentials used in connection are correct.

- the user is not locked.

Where can I check the credentials used in connection ?

Please try to login using sql server client. If you are sure about credentials, change it in the universe connection.

If you are using Infoview, then you will need to check that the correct native client software is installed on the BO server.
