Dear All,
I am Having issue Regarding COPA Report
My Revenue Value Fileds (ERLOS) was not Updated in Actual Table CE1 XXXX for unassigned Condition Type in Tcode KE4I
I have Assigned Unassigned Condition Type to Revenue Value Fields (ERLOS) In Tcode KE4I and Run Tcode KE4S for Updating SD billing Document to COPA
My Revenue Value Filed got Updated with Value from Sales Order
but my Standard Price Value Filed (STDPR) became Nil ( Zero ) as i have to run KE4S tcode Selecting Reverse of line items
Please Suggest how can i update this Standard Price Value Field without disturbing Revenue valuefield in Actual Table CE1 XXXX or Tocde KE24 ?

Was Std Price zero in material master when you executed KE4S?
Please check mat master.. Assuming you are using cond type VPRS for it, check your Billing doc if VPRS has value or not

Value for Standard Cost is Present before running Tcode KE4S in Billing Document
After Running Tcode KE4S , As u know System Generates New Profitability Analysis Document , in that Document , standard cost is not updated
Revenue Cost was updated and Standard Cost has not updated Back

I have Checked VF03 Billing Doc ( Original , Reversed and Fresh )
In original : Standard Cost is present , No revenue Cost ( U can see Print Screen attached above showing before Running KE4S)
In Reversed Doc : I can See Standard cost including all value fields Showing Negative Value
In Fresh Doc : I can See , Revenue is Updated but Standard Cost is not Updated , Remaining Value Fields are updated (U can see Print Screen attached above showing After Running KE4S)

Can you please check which condition type is mapped against the "Standard Cost" Value field in KE4I.
Then check for that condition type, if you have values (4L) in the billing document under condition tab (just like you checked for VPRS).
Also check the routine linked to that condition type in the pricing procedure, it maybe that it is working only during normal billing transactions and not for KE4S. Not sure if this could help but you can check this too with SD and ABAP (Debugif required)

Dear Mastafa,
SD guys are Maintaining Total Material Cost as Basic Price(Including RM+Activity + Other Fixed Cost ) (this Price is based on standard costing during that period) in TCODE VK13 against condition type
During Sales order creation , when we give Condition type , Price in that Condition type is Picked from VK13
In VA03 freight charges, excise and Freight Charges are shown
Standard Cost (STDPR) is not Assigned or Maintained in KE4I , VPRS condition type is not Assigned to any Value Fields in KE4I
Standard Cost is Updating from Tcode KE4R.
When we are Running Tcode KE4S for Updating SD billing to COPA for updating old Billing Documents to COPA , Standard Cost is over writing with Zero
I have Assigned VPRS to Standard Cost Value Field STDPR in KE4R and Ran Tcode KE4S
Standard Cost updated is Zero, Remaining Fileds updated as before ( Sales Quantity, Revenue , Raw Materials etc)
