group and rule are red

I have used  scramble with version 4.0 before without any problem. But this week I get an error which is shown in the GIF.

There is no trace to debug it.

Especially, some rules were green (ready to use) yesterday but turned red today. I did not do anything.

Would friends here help? Many thanks.
