Hi,
I am experiencing difficulty in that the CIO of our company has left and did not provide us with the Administrator Credentials for the Business Objects Infoview. I can not access the Central Management Console (CMC). Does anyone know how I can get these credentials?
Thanks!!!!

You don't mention which version of BO you're using. For 4.x, go to the Service Marketplace and look for SAP Note 1679970. For 3.1, look for SAP Note 1320151. Either of these will give you instructions for how to reset the password.

Hi Ben,
As per the above screenshot you are in BO XI 3.1 SP3
As mentioned by Dell , you can refer the below SAP note

Ben, a quick search for "businessobjects reset administrator" password will give you a slew of results.
Warning: this is not officially supported but is unfortunately your only option if there are no other users in the administrators group.
