Not able to access DateTime field(LastCustomer Interaction and Escalated On) in Ticket (ServiceRequest)

Hi

I want to read some standard fields in ticket screen probably in ServiceRequest BO.

Not able to find the exact path to get the exact data.

These fields are:

1. Last Customer Interaction

2. Escalated On

3. Last Agent Interaction

In Ticket UI(COD_SEOD_AGENT_WORKSPACE_TI.TI) I can see it properties but it still not getting exact path to read these fields.

How can I read these fields in SDK. Please help.

Hello Sunil,

Not all fields seen on the Ticket UI can be accessed from the SDK.

The above mentioned fields are not yet enabled to be consumed in SDK implemention hence you would not be able to access.

Please check the Repository Browser inside the SDK IDE to see what all fields of Service Request (Ticket) that can be accessed from SDK.

I already had checked Repository browser and checked in dummy ABSL code.

After doing all the possible things to access these fields, I post this help on forum.

Could you suggest what are the other possibility to access these fields in test and production tenant.

Hello Sunil,

The requested fields should be available to be access via SDK when your system is updated with 1402 release. I believe this could be available on your system most probably by 14th,March or week after that.
