Component allocation in Routing

Good day.

Routing for a material created with componet allocation. Initially we have updated the component allocation in Operation 10. Now this component allocation changed to operation 40. In table level, system shows the component allocation in both operation. But we physically maintain the component allocation in one operation. i.e., 40. Due to this our reports are not working properly. Pl help to solve this issue.
