iam working on EHP5 Erecruiting Version 605.Please let me know what Business Functions do i need to activate.

The following business switches you can activate and as said above it's not necessarily you need to activate all the business switches as it depends on your requirements.

HCM_ERC_CI_1

HCM_ERC_CI_2

HCM_ERC_CI_3

HCM_ERC_SES_1

HCM_ERC_CI_4 (Not necessarily to activate)

also in HCM System (In case of standalone)

HCM_MSS_ERC_CI_1

You really need to describe in detail what requirements you have for the SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 E-Recruiting scenario for anyone to help you. For the basic functionality you don't have to activate any Business Functions. That said, there is always some effort involved in implementing SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 E-Recruiting and I think it's out of scope for this discussion thread.

You might want to read the RoE and understand it before creating discussion threads such as this one.

Looks like you need to activate HCM_HIRE_INT_CI_1 depending on your requirement. Please refer the link below:
