Profile Match-up showing previous employee data

Hi SAP Experts,

We have an issue with SAP HR LSO training as explained below.

First User logs into the HR Portal and then goes to the learning portal and profile matchup to complete training.  When first user is through training, it logs out of the HR Portal, but does not close the browser.  Second user, the next person who comes to train on a document, then logs into the portal, navigates to his profile and First user's profile match-up displays, even though Second user name displays at the top right of the screen. Second user doesn't notice this right away though, so he books to documents thinking he is training to them, but he cannot confirm participation because the system thinks he is First user.  An invalid user error displays on the confirm window. 

Any idea why this is happening? One workaround is to log out and close the browser plus also clear the cookie.But I'm wondering why this issue would be happening.

Any help would be appreciated.

This could be due to portal system object setting. There are several post on such issues , please do search.
