Saposcol is not running / filesytem available/free space cannot available in RZ20 after upgrade to ehp6

Dear Experts,

An error is prompted that the shared memory is not available while i tried manually to run the saposcol from the sap system executing ST06----Environment---old st06---saposcol-----start

Also I cannot monitor filesystem available spaces in RZ20---CCMS Monitoring.

Please help me to resolve the above issue
