Deleted Reservations

Hi,

We have some reservations deleted using the menu on MB22: Reservation => Delete

These reservations aren't visible in RESB table and MB25 / MBVR.

Where can we view these reservations?

Thanks.

Deleted reservations cannot be retrieved, they are physically gone.

if you delete a reservation, then you get a status message M7510 from SAP, double click it and read the long text. it is clearly mentioned that they are gone after execution

    Hi

If your reservations were manually created you should delete them via
    MB22 or MBVR.

If your reservations were automatically created by orders etc you can
follow the instructions described in note 15127 - Managing reservations

As described in the note, reservations which were created automatically

cannot be deleted manually / with the same method as manually created reservations.

They can only be changed by changing the document (for example, the production order)

    to which the reservation refers.

If you no longer want these reservations, you can find and delete the corresponding reservations

for a material/plant/storage location combination or to a material/plant combination with the attached
correction report Z_CORRECT_LGO_UMRES from note 324544.

Reservation created from other application programs, need to be archived via the corresponding document which will in turn delete reservation from RESB.

    MM_EBAN Purchase requisition
    MM_EKKO Purchasing documents >>>
    PM_ORDER PM/SM order
    PP_ORDER Production order
    PR_ORDER Process order
    PS_PROJECT Project system: Operative structures

I hope this helps you further

    Kind regards

    Brian
