how to upload xml file (in idoc format) into sap system?

hi expert ,

i need your help regarding upload of xml file data , which is in the format of idoc into sap system

i need your help tell me the steps...for your information i have knowledge of Ale/idoc simple process..like steps given below

setting on both sides

logical system name : sale

setup rfc desitnation : sm59

port defination : we21

in source system.

1. segment creation(we31)

basic idoc creation-we30

define logical system - we81

attach idoc to logical system-we82

distribution model -bd64

coding part if required

partner profile -we20

message control - nace

to check idoc we02 or 05

in destination system

create fm-se37

assign fm to logical message we57

define i/p method for inbound fm : bd51

create process code we42

generate partner profile : bd64

in this case i am confused what settings i have to do, because it is only inbound process and not outbound.

1. how to upload this file?

2. any change require in the xml file before uploading or not ?

3. where i have to place this file (application server)? currently it is on my own desktop.

3. how to generate idoc no from this as it is inbound file?

4. what t-codes i have to use step by step?

for your reference i have attach the file of xml with idoc format. open it in browser.

i am using sap 4.7
