Costing Run Error

Dear Experts ,

I am facing an error number when ruining the costing run :

CK346 - Cost comp. structures for costing variant & in plant & differ from plant &

Kindly note that i am using two cost component structure one for each plant , Could any one please help me to solve this issue .

    Hi..

    If the material of plant b have Special procurement to receive the material from plant a, both plant a and plant b should have same cost component structures.

    Refer to sap's description.

    Special procurement of a material from plant for plant is not possible because the costing variant is assigned to different cost component structures in the two plants.

    Hi Mohamed,

    As per the error message, if you use special procurement key, need to maintain same cost component structure for both source and target plant. As you have maintained different CCS, it is giving an error message.

    Try to use the same CCS and re-run the costing.

    Hi Mohammed,

    I don't know what is the requirement of using two different cost component structures for two different plants. But it is always better to have one common cost component structure for all the plants in a company code when transfer postings are done between the plants.
