how to change the quota accrual period and transfer time???

Hi Experts,

I have a doubt in quota accrual. Please go through the below requirement.

Client is having PL quota, which should generate only in 1st of next month,

for an example, if employee works from 01.04.2013 to 30.04.2013, then for him quota should be generated on 1st of May 2014.

Quota is also valid from 01.05.2014.

so to get it done I have tried with following setting in T5559D

T559D Table- Validity or Deduction Interval table

T559L Table-Quota type generation rule.

But the system is giving the below error,

Is any other configuration changes do i need to do, or For this enhancement of Exit is needed??

Please guide.

Regards,

    Hi Prasanthi,

I think for this requirement first you need create " Monitoring of Tasks 0019 "

In this info type at the "date of task" maintain date from which date on words you want generate quota

    2. In validity period maintain deduction from and to.

    3. " Monitoring of Tasks 0019 " maintain table in T559L.

    Hi Prashanti,

In the Second Screen shot if you can see validity period is starting from 01/05/2013, change this date to 01/04/2013 in 559L and check.
