SSF Kernel Error

Hi I am trying to import license for the portal, and I am getting error.

so i did some research and tried to do follow the note 662340 - SSF Encryption Using the SAPCryptolib

, but realized that the steps are rathering confusing.

I am confused at the part

Not sure what I am supposed to achieve or do there?
