How to setup Authorization Groups in OB52

Hi,

Can anyone advise how to i setup the authorization groups in OB52 ?

Under OB52, there are 2 sections for indicating the periods to be opened. Which side (left or right) is limited to administrators and which is for end users to perform postin to next period ?
