    Hi,

Not possible to track the inventory based on PO if batch is not active. The inventory is managed at storage location level on quantity based only, not based on a PO or other criteria.

If batch is active and if you are giving the seperate batch number which can be linked with PO, you can track the stock based on the batch.

it is only possible under very limited circumstances

without WM: Your stock is always zero before the next receipt is done, then you can know that all movements belong the previous receipt and from there you get the PO.

with WM: if you make sure that each receipt is putaway into a separate storage bin.

Then you can track via the Transfer orders and the dynamic bin number which is the source bin for the putaway to which purchase order it belongs
