Getting error 515 - Need help Troubleshooting

Hi. I wrote a new custom report for one of our clients. I used Crystal 11 and the report viewer that integrates with Delphi 7. The exact error text is:

Error 515 Error in File K:\DM_Downtime_by_Custoemr.rpt Error in Formula <record selection> if (?priority typee) <> "All Priority Types") then This field name is not known. Details errorkind Execute <PEStartPrintJob >

I have a copy of my customer's data. The report works for me. When I ask my customer to download a new copy of the report, it still fails for her. I run on an XP computer. She is on a Windows 7 64-bit.

I have a windows 7 computer that I tested on in my office and it works on that. I'm at a loss as to why it is not working for my client.

Are there any application conflicts that could cause this behavior? I did look at the .rpt properties on her computer and they are associated to some unknown pdf file creator applicaiton. Could this be the root of the problem? The report used to work when I first sent it to her in July 2013, so I'm thinking something on her local computer got updated and is interfering.

Any clues for my detective work will really be helpful. Thanks!
