Crystal Reports 2013 SP01 will not start

Ive re-installed the software several times.

it will not run past the "splash" screen when I start the program, it just hands until I end the program with the task manager.

It worked fine the other day, now it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

I tried adding the .exe file to make a DEP exceptions, with no difference.
