CATS Time Writing not allowed on Employee Start date

  Hi Experts,

   In my project employee are transferred from Company Code A to Company Code B, Where in B Company code has Time Writing solution.  The issue is when employee moved from A to B the first day is not allowed for Time Writing, whereas from the second day its allowed to do time writing, Error Message in CAT2 screen is "Customizing error in work schedule rule 5 00 9X80 hrs

The error message that you are getting appear becuase the Personal work schedule of the employee is not there, Please check it using Pt63. Make sure the Work schedule rule is generated for this pernr on this day he needs to have a valid one

Hi Siddarth,

I could see the Personal Work schedule for this employee on the particular day, where error exists. Is that a issue employee moved mid of the week and PWS starts from 001 (Monday) ?

yes that can be the issue, he moved in between week.
