CATS Time Writing not allowed on Employee Start date

Hi Experts,

In my project employee are transferred from Company Code A to Company Code B, Where in B Company code has Time Writing solution. The issue is when employee moved from A to B the first day is not allowed for Time Writing, whereas from the second day its allowed to do time writing, Error Message in CAT2 screen is "Customizing error in work schedule rule 5 00 9X80 hrs
