issues displaying information in pa20/pa30/pa40

Hi,

I noticed this issue yesterday that Employee information is not showing in PA30/PA20/PA40.

I don't know what that area is called. This area contained fields like: first name, last name, grade, assignment…

I can't find any way to fix it. Please help.

I insert the screenshot  below.

Before the issue, the red rectangle was containing the fields named previously.

Thanks,

Sophia

thanks a lot to everybody who has answered me.

we resolved the problem.

In the table v_t500p the field country group was deleted when we were trying to add another language to the personal area (domain).

thank you so much for helping us.

MOL and UGR in SU01 for my user are properly setting.

Here is a screenshot below of the table V_582A_B

here is a screenshot of the table V_T588I with the country grouping 06.

Here is a screenshot below of the table T588J

how can i modify the screen header modifier "00", please?

Hi Sophia,

Even if the SU01 is been maintained check for the personnel number which MOL does he/she belongs.

See in your case as  i see in the V_T588I with the country grouping 06 the Header modifier 00  A is attached with header modifier 60.

So  check in  T588J whether against the header modifier 60 data is been maintained.

i have tried to check the tables V_582A_B,V_T588I, T588J and also the t-code SPRO (IMG->Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Customizing User Interfaces-> Change Screen Header), but i don't know what has changed.

This problem is in all the systems (DEV,QAS,PROD), so i can't compare between the tables.

This problem is happening to all the employee numbers which exist in the system; when i click on an infotype i can see information but the interface is not as usual.

Hi Sophia,

As i before mentioned please follow the steps and make sure that you maintain the screen header modifier "00" (V_T588I) as  the initial PA30 screen uses "00" .Also check for the country grouping whether the entries are maintained in the view V_T588I.

Also check whether employees belong to same country grouping or different country grouping. Check the below thread

Hope this solves the issue.

Hello Sophia,

In SAP, we are maintaining header datails of respective Infotypes in V_T588I and T588J as per country grouping.

So please compare tables V_T588I and T588J in SM30 with other countries and maintain as per that.

I hope this could resolve the issue.

Thanks!

Hi Sophia,

this is caused by missing or wrong config of the header definition. Do infotyoe headers work for the same people or is that space at the top of infotype screens also empty?

YOu find this config in the IMG in the user interface section of personnel administration. If you are rally lucky, all you need to do is hitting the "generate" button in the respective IMG section, but more likely there's really some config missing.

best wishes

Hi Sophia,

The rectangular area is nothing but the Header area and the fields displayed in this area is based upon the configuration been maintained in the tables  V_582A_B,V_T588I, T588J(IMG->Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Customizing User Interfaces-> Change Screen Header).

If this is blank then check for the above configuration otherwise the reason i suspect is that the employee number doesn't exist in the system.Try with some other employee number which exist in the system.
