not sure what you are trying to ask....

are you trying to know if it is possible to communicate with a BAPI from an external system through XML messages....the answer is yes....create a web service for the BAPI function module, then from web service browser generate a WSDL and from that u can create a SOAP message through an XML parser.

directly not possible, we have to use appropriate function modules along with Parsing depending on the situation.
