Hi
I am a novice to SAP technology. We wanted a CTI Screen Pop up using SAP CRM and Avaya AES. SAP BCM license is available to do contact center functionality. Can you assist how can this all be integrated? Is there any document that defines this integration?
The call lands on AvayA PBX . AES 6 is used.

We are going to use SAP BCM for CTI Screen Pop on the SAP CRM side. We wanted to integrate with Avaya AES6.1
Do we still need any adapters or connectors to connect the SAP CRM with Avaya AES ? Please advise.
Also , can you share some knowledge docs links that describes the integration process of SAP CRM with AES ?
Hi Anu,
If you will be using BCM then you have full featured contact center solution at your service. BCM switch is capable of routing calls to Avaya (using direct SIP connection or intermediate gateway in between). You would be able to use any deskphones as phone terminals if you are using so called multi terminal desktop feature from BCM.
Another option is to use CTI connector for Avaya.
