I am a novice to SAP technology. We wanted a CTI Screen Pop up using SAP CRM and Avaya AES. SAP BCM license is available to do contact center functionality. Can you assist how can this all be integrated? Is there any document that defines this integration?
If you will be using BCM then you have full featured contact center solution at your service. BCM switch is capable of routing calls to Avaya (using direct SIP connection or intermediate gateway in between). You would be able to use any deskphones as phone terminals if you are using so called multi terminal desktop feature from BCM.
you should have service marketplace ID to access these documents as access to these document restricted. only the people have SAP Service marketplace user ID can access.
I am able to download the docs using the marketplace id.Is the CTI pop up possible only through BCM? Is there a possible way to do CTI screen pop up without using BCM or any certified connectors? Please advise
