Check while deleting Delivery at Depot

Dear Team Members

In depot we have done dispatch and Goods has been removed from RG23D register through Transaction code J1IJ.

Due to some or other Reasons we have tried to reverse that. by mistake Delivery has been deleted without cancelling J1IJ.

Now Stcok is vsible in the system , But in RG23D stock is Nil for the perticular Batch.

we have taken following steps to correct the entries and it worked, you can also suggest if any method better than this.

1.Removed Stocks by using Physical inventory(Movement type 702)

2.Take the material back by using Return order and delivery(Movement type 655)

3.Capture in RG23D through J1IG and enter the duties manually

4. Again sales process and remove stock from RG23D by Using J1IJ.
