How to pull from a web service?

Hello community,

according to the release notes of BW 7.3 (page 18) there is now an adapter available to pull data from a web service. In contrast to the traditional push mechanism for web services, the BW can request the data from the service as is typically the case for other source systems.

I cannot find any documentation on this new adapter. Furthermore, I'm not able to use it in a DataSource (see screenshot). I'm using a web service source system for the DataSource.

Does anyone know how to use the web service pull adapter in BW 7.3 or 7.4?
