sap 3.1 audit data base report name

Hi

i have an error on creating a new webi report and export  to the cmc the report name recorded in the audit database with numbers before it and after it

any help please

i didn't had error message  but when i save and export a report to the cmc and got the the Audit data base to see the what recorded in it i see the report name of some report have numbers before and after the name i saved it with

her for examle

the original name is : "New Web Intelligence Document"

the name of the report in the Audit Database  " -1_New Web Intelligence Document_0

So you mean to say that the report name is getting changed at CMS Db level. Please let me know whether I am correct that you find the change in CMS Db or its AUDIT Db. Audit database usually captures all information of activties.

Please explain your end to end workflow as to creation of report till from where the data about report name is retrieved.

I created a normal webi report through webi and the export it after saving it with the name "recently created User"

after that i go to the Audit database and search

"AUDIT_DETAIL" column "Detail_Text" found the report name is recorded as  "11453recently created User1421"

is these number reflect a scheduling as these reports exported to folder have schedule

Thats an interesting observation. I do not have a audit database to perform this activity and test your findings and hence cannot comment. May be our other forum members might be able to check the behavior and let you know.

You can also check the scenario with support to know how is the report getting reflected.

Hi,

a little more Information would be useful. Which Verion of BI are you using with which Service Pack? Which OS? Whats the Data source of the Report? Whats the Data source of your Audit DB?

Maybe a screenshot of the recording in the Audit DB?!
