Sometimes, old data remains in SLD - try deleting everything in SLD, wait until LMDB/SMSY is empty and resubmit the systems with SLD data supplier. After that, wait until SLD has all data and wait until data is synched in LMDB/SMSY. You can force the synch with report RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM.

In LMDB --> Product system - select this system and execute the verification check and try to resync data from SLD .

hope you have selected to correct product in step1, please check the product assignment in 'LMDB' tcode. attach step 1 screen shot. Have you installed diagnostics agent?
