Cannot TECO using "IWO_AER_DL_ORDER_TECO"

Hi Experts,

I am doing a TECO with a work order.

I called FM '' IWO_AER_DL_ORDER_TECO ".  However, error return as

"Status of order XXXXXXXXXX does not allow changes, Function module /SDF/AL_MAP_TRANSID_LOGH does not exist"

What can I do?

Some ppl said Note 1114719 is helpful but how can I veiw it.

Are you able to TECO that work order via CJ02 tcode?

If not, consult the respective functional guy.
