B1IF scheduler not working ?!?

I set up download of B1 sales data to SAP Netweaver BW successfully.

Manually issued download works.

I like to schedule it using the "Timer" of B1IF.

I set it as following but nothing happens :

B1 IF process is started, event sender is not started :

What´s wrong ? How to analyze that problem ?
