Avaliable budget showing Negative in FMRP_RW_BUDCON

Hi,

In FMRP_RW_BUDCON report the available budget is in Negative value for many fund centers and commitment items.

We Implemented Fund Management in running system in the month of Nov 2013, after that we reconstruct the open PR's and PO's.

some of the PR's and PO's left for reconstruction. After we upload the budget in system.

Now the case is .

Like we upload the budget for a particular fund center and commitment item Rs 100000.

PO value is Rs 300000

and now when we do the GRN system with reference to PO system consume the budget for 300000 even we have consumable budget Rs 100000.

And when we execute the FMRP_RW_BUDCON report. it show the avaialble amount RS 200000- (in negative Value).

Can any one explain me why this is happening and why system is not issuing the Budget exceed error.

Hi Kuldeep,

Pl check ,whether you have activated budget availability check. in TCODE SAPLBUAVC_CUST_VIEW.

You can activate availability check on either or all of the following:

Purchase requisition

Purchase order

Actual posting

Earmarked funds

Forecast of Revenue

Controlling posting

Trips

Payroll

Posted Budget

Budget Posted Provisionally

Hi Kuldeep

Though I am not much into Fund Management, yet will try to assist.

However please let me know the budget set by you initially and what was the available budget shown in the same report before GRN.

Also refer following SAP Note and implement it, if not yet implemented in your system to verify the results
