Change marking / Relevance Indicator / inheritance relationships

Hello

my question is

I have deleted an Inheritance reletionship and put a new one in my spezifacation. marked it as relavant

the report changes correctly to an higher main version but it don't shows the Relavance indicator.

Thats the first time

could someone give me an hind

the topic of change mark is quite tricky. And it is a long story. Can you please answer these questions:

1.) is the a "relevance flag" available on level of "Reference" and "Inheritance" Tabstrip/Screen?

2.) which "exact" SAP version you are using (release and support package status is needed)?

If I don't misninterpret you: there is a "relevanc indicator" on "inheritance" screen? Ok. franky. it is at least roughly 5 years ago there I have had  the need to dig here deeper and we are not using the "relevance" flag.

Therefore these are my assumptions:

1.) you substance generation variant is "tagged" with the "Change mark" flag (so that Change marks should be shown)

2.) you are using a "standard" WWW.Ini file (using ste up here you can adapt the type of change mark)

I checked the online help. I found no indication, that the new relevance flag is explained ( i assumed that something should be described there)

Chapter "Change Marking" a explanation is given. Please take your time to read this chapter. The maintenance etc. regarding change marks and effects which might happen are not easy to understand.

i found it. It was just so simple. If you would like to display the relevance indicator you have too set your generation variant too 2 and set the relavance flag in the spezification hat.
