Preventive Maintenance Work Order Basic Dates Determination

Hi

I want to set the Preventive Maintenance Work Order Basic Dates interval to be determined from priority or to be manually entered somewhere in maintenance item. Is it possible and how?

At present to to provide interval between basic start and basic finish is calculated based on the task list operation duration.

How to enable the interval to be determined from prioriy or and any other way.

Hello,

For this Order Type, maintain in OPU7.

You might need to select your appropriate Adjust Dates field option (from the drop down menu there).

Hi,

I have tried all the options but not reflecting as per priority. But i have read in another forum, priority can only update notification dates and not order dates. I dont know how to update order date.

Is there any other way we can transfer priority to work order just by configuration only without user exit.

Hi Panneer,

You can set priorities in the maintenance item. The difference between the start date and end date can be configured against the priorities using transaction type OIO2.

Hi Pann,

You can configure this under

Under the above transaction, you can see Priority definition and enter Priorities to each priority type

In Priorities, you can find relative start and end date which will be determined to Notification

please explore this path and revert
