FBL3N vs 0FI_GL_4 datasource

Hi All,

I have developed data flow with 0FI_GL_4 ->DSO->CUBE to read data from FBL3N (GL line items) but I have problem with reconciliation.

My comparison as follows.

Step-1: In FBL3N, GL account, comp.code, period and checked normal items under type values are equal to BW DSO values but when I check Normal items, Noted Items & Parked items under Type  then the values are not able to match with BW DSO.

Any specific reason why I could not get noted & parked items?

Dear Naani

0FI_GL_4 will not be extracting noted and parked documents , this is a standard behaviour.

Please check the note 1012874, refer to question 2.

You will have to implement 411758 to extract the noted items

The note is only for noted items and may not include the parked documents

I think you will have to go for a generic datasource for the parked documents. Tables VBSEGD & VBSEGK might help you

For 0FI_GL_4 ->DSO->CUBE, you can validate with t code FS10N

Hi,

Once document moved from Parked to Posted ... we need to clear that document in our cube as well, or else u will have same amount in two different cubes ( C14 and C40 ).

Solution is to do the full load for 0FI_GL_40 and clear the contents in DSO and Cube before loading.

You can use the standard datasource 0FI_GL_40 to extract noted items and parked documents.

In FBL3N While checking Normal items also tick special G/L transaction with Normal items it will match with BW DSO.
