Copy a standard WDA Component and try to test it, it didnt work !!

i tryed to Copy the Standard WD component HRESS_C_CORRECTIONS to Z_CORRECTIONS and i create a WD Application for it to testing it , unfortunately i got alawys a Dumpt when i test it !!! could any tell me why this Dumpt happened ?
