LWF Issue for Tamilnadu in case of separated employees

Dear Experts,

Need your valuable input in below scenario.

1. Employee getting separted in the month of january 2014 (4th Jan 2014). In the December 2013 payroll, LWF is already deducted as EE share 7 & ER share 14. Infotype 0588 (LWF) is already delimited from 3rd jan 2014, one day prior to separation.However while running payroll for month of January again LWF is getting deducted as 7 (EE share) & 14 (ER Share).

Please suggest as how to stop the LWF deduction in January month payroll.
