Business process flow issues

Hello Experts, need your expertise in these issues.

I am confronting few issues when I am creating BPF (Business Process Flow).

1. I am unable to restrict users to context given in the templates/reports Based on the Property filteration.

for example: Category dimension: Plan1, Plan2,Plan3, etc have to be filtered based on "XYZ" Property. The user should only be able to see these filtered members only.

I am able to filter them at template level, which is not being added in BPF. But once added to BPF users are getting all the members without any filteration effect through "workspace context". How to restrict users to template context filters?

2. I am unable to hide all the Microsoft office tool bar options like refresh data, save data, view formula bar, hiding the headers. I think when presenting to the end users I should not be giving all these excel administrative options inside BPF.

Is this possible?

3. I am able to give macro based "refresh" and "save data" buttons in normal template Mode. I am unable to run these macros successfully once added the templates/reports in BPF More over when users try to use them in different computers. they are throwing "Debug" errors.

Is there any standard way to give these "macro" based "refresh" and "save data" options in BPF, which can be accessed from any computer?
