BDC Problem in routing data upload

Hi

Anybody please guide me. i am uploading the routing data using BDC,transaction-zpprouting. while uploading in quality;it is successfully uploading the data. But when uploading in production it is not uploading.it is showing the message as routing not created for the material.please find the screenshot below. i am not able to understand the message. please guide me the way how to resolve the issue. weather i need to aproach the ABAPer or how i have to check the probable root causes. why it is uploading in quality and why not in production. it is because of any BDC Programm need to check or what.please guide me.

Hi Mastan,

Probably the problem is in the data, in this case, the components allocated to your routing. Identify which component that caused the error and try to figure out the problem.

Kindly take help from the technical person.

Do you have any phantom assembly in the BOM? In that case the assignment might fail with the BAPI BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE.

Please check note 1697797 and implement it.

Hello Mastan,

Check whether in Production you have authorization to run the transaction, same as in Quality. In case if you don't have, get the authorization and try again.
