Chat session not connected

We have a CRM system named CD2 which works properly with Chat. Recently our basis team set up another system CD3 of which

the Chat is not working. Upon clicking on Accept button, an error message is displayed "Chat session not connected". The contractor

who set up the CD2 is gone, and I wonder if anyone can help on this error (I suspect something such as queue is not set up right,

but I don't know enough of the Chat to locate and fix the problem)..

You have to check firstly that you have done the setup required from the Communication Management System.

Then you can check Blog for more of the basic settings on the SAP CRM side.

      Kavindra,

Thanks very much for the tips and we will look into it, though unfortunately it may take a long while for me to get back for the status, as currently the said Cd3 is down for out of disk space, and we don't know when it will be back up.

      Regards,

      Jeff Zheng

      Hi, Kavindra,

I did some search on this site, couldn't find useful info regarding this CMS you said.

We use BCM for the Chat, is the CMS setup on the BCM side?

(I don't have access to BCM, it's not possible for me to check into it to see if it's relevant)

Can you please elaborate a little so that I can follow the direction or even the details correctly? .

      Thanks and regards,

      Jeff
