Restricting Navigation in IC-Agent


Hello everyone,

We were contemplating a scenario wherein a user will not be able to navigate to Service-Request(or any other) Work center in IC-Agent Role unless he confirms the account in Account Identification screen.

We were of the opinion that we could somehow get access to the navigation pane programmatically and disable/hide the work center link until the conditions were met but so far we haven't found anything in this context.

Last option would be letting the navigation happen and disabling the Service Request screen(Buttons and Context) for any kind of input.

Please guide/suggest a solution for the same.
