1099 Reporting for 2013

I have uploaded the Image and updated SMARTFORMS for 1099 Miscellaneous Reporting, but I am not finding any CODE changes for 1099 reporting for SMARTFORMS, the notes apply to ADOBE PDF forms. Those notes are:

1949022 US LC: 2013 Forms for Withholding Tax (ADOBE)

1942340 US LC: 2013 US Y/E Legal Change 2013 for Withholding Tax - referes to notes 1949022 PDF Forms (ADOBE), and 1949019 (SMARTFORMS), I have implemented 1949019, our system uses SmartForms - not ADOBE., also refers to Correction Instruction 001660504, related to 1949022, and note 0001635493 (latest release 0120061532 0001428889. All of these have to do with ADOBE forms. Am I going to be forced to use ADOBE forms here? Where are the code changes, File format changes for using SMARTFORMS?
