1099 Reporting for 2013

I have uploaded the Image and updated SMARTFORMS for 1099 Miscellaneous Reporting, but I am not finding any CODE changes for 1099 reporting for SMARTFORMS, the notes apply to ADOBE PDF forms. Those notes are:

1949022 US LC: 2013 Forms for Withholding Tax (ADOBE)

1942340 US LC: 2013 US Y/E Legal Change 2013 for Withholding Tax - referes to notes 1949022 PDF Forms (ADOBE), and 1949019 (SMARTFORMS), I have implemented 1949019, our system uses SmartForms - not ADOBE., also refers to Correction Instruction 001660504, related to 1949022, and note 0001635493 (latest release 0120061532 0001428889. All of these have to do with ADOBE forms. Am I going to be forced to use ADOBE forms here? Where are the code changes, File format changes for using SMARTFORMS?

I have applied Note no 1949019 for smart Form Change . What correction

That note is only the images for the forms, no code changes in the note regarding the electronic file or IRS changes. In fact, in my system, states 'Cannot be Implemented'. So I go to the notes for the ADOBE Forms, the first note is to add fields to the GSS__RFIDYYWT_PDF structure, which I've done, but when I try to activate, all the fields except the ones i've added display message - does not exist, and the ones I did add get message 'Field Name TOT_409A_INCOME_AMT can be provided in this system. Please do not use'. What a mess.

What other changes are there for FY 2013 ? I have testing my file after implementing this note and it was sucessful

I stand corrected, after reading through all the SAP notes, most of them had to do with Adobe Forms, which our system doesn't support. So you're correct, only notes 1949019 and correction note 1961903 are applicable. And we only use 1099-MISC forms, so I only uploaded the image 1099misc_2013 and the IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC and IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC1 forms. Had to add two states to the 'K' record table via configuration from the IRS Publication 1220 for 2013, page 7, bullet point 5. No changes to the Electronic File Format or code changes. Good to go.
