E-separation- Reporting manager and Hr person not showing in employee separation request

Hi Team,

while configuring the E-separation, after the new request been created by the employee, for same request I am unable to get my Hr manager or Rm manager along with the HR person. please refer the below pic for reference. please let me know where I missed the configuration.

please suggest me where I am missing the config.
