How to Apply SFTP license in Java system ?

I need to know how to apply SFTP license key in PI 7.01 for Java stack. Customer sent to our basis team license key. If any steps, documents, blogs or article will be appreciated. Please help us!

If you want to enable SSL certificates, Can you have a look at the below document?
